Three comic lines have been produced in the Transformers Animated continuity.
- IDW Publishing
- Transformers Animated is an adaptation of the cartoon series using screen captures arranged in comic book-style panels.
- The Arrival is a series featuring original stories.
- Titan Magazines
- Transformers Animated, a short-lived UK-exclusive comic magazine.
Hasbro also released the exclusive comic Rise of Safeguard bundled in with the Jetfire and Jetstorm two-pack. This issue was originally solicited as the sixth issue of The Arrival, but the standalone comic was later cancelled.
