Terror-Tread is a Decepticon Micromaster from the Generation 1 continuity family.
He's still after Takeshi's paper circle...

Of the combiner team of Terror-Tread and Cement-Head, Terror-Tread is the one who "walks the walk". He's the one who carefully comes up with plans to back up Cement-Head's brash boasts.<a href="#cite_note-0" title="">[1]</a>

Terror-Tread is the one on the left.
A redeco of Sledge, Terror-Tread transforms into the front half of a blue dump truck which is intended to be combined with his partner Cement-Head to form a complete dump truck. Of course, he can combine with any other Micromaster Combiner or Combiner Transport as well to form new (made-up) vehicles.
He was sold only with Cement-Head and the Cannon Transport, a heavily armed truck-like thing that transforms into a battle base.
This mold was also used to make the Return of Convoy Autobot Sledge.
