- Rarto is an alien from the cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Rarto is a Tlalakan. Like the others of his kind, he can use the Well of Transformation to adopt any form he likes, though he usually sticks with either humanoid or merman. He has bombs.
A rebel amongst his people, he totally eschews the wearing of any sort of head dress, though he does wear his hair in a fetching bun.

Rarto was among a group of Tlalakans taken prisoner by Deceptitran and forced to work on the Decepticon drone's floating city. He was part of the subsequent escape lead by Mok.
