Lucio Parillo is an illustrator at Wizards of the Coast. He has done work for the Transformers 3D Battle-Card Game. Compared to his co-artist on the game, Gonzalo Flores, Parillo's art seems more "toy-inspired." His art for Smokescreen, for instance, is essentially a straight rendition of the Alternators version.
