Dum-Dum Dugan (Thaddeus Aloysius Cadwallader Dugan) works for America's super-spy organization S.H.I.E.L.D. with his pal Nicholas. When the Transformers cause their first ruckus upon waking up in 1984, Dum Dum thinks it's a situation worth looking into.
