Andromeda is a neutral Transtech from the Timelines series.
See the bubble-headed bleach-blonde who comes on at Five.

Andromeda's face is seen all over Axiom Nexus, as she's the face and voice of ANN's "Around Cybertron" newsfeed. She maintains her "soft, bell-like voice" even when discussing gruesome murders.
