Jeffery Neill MacKay (October 20, 1948 - August 22, 2008) was an American actor. He appeared in recurring roles in a number of television series, including Dr. Shrinker, Tales of the Gold Monkey, Black Sheep Squadron, Magnum P.I. and JAG.
He died of liver failure on August 22nd, 2008. May he rest in peace.
