NEST stands for Networked Elements: Supporters and Transformers or paramilitary organization. Not much is known about them at this time, but they may be an outgrowth of the ostensibly-disbanded Sector Seven, since Lennox and Epps both work for them![1]

IDW Transformers movie comics

Following the disbanding of Sector Seven, NEST were set up under William Lennox to create a combined United States Military/Autobot defence force against Decepticons. Initial training alongside the Autobots took place in Diego Garcia. Alliance issue 3
