- Beachcomber was originally intended to debut in a scene with Shockwave during "TransWarped". The scene was recorded, with Beachcomber being voiced by Tom Kenny, but it was cut from the show for reasons unknown.
- Derrick J. Wyatt doesn't mourn the loss of said scene, having expressed his lack of fondness for Beachcomber on several occasions.
