The Trans-Time Dimensional Portal is a technology from the Marvel Comics portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Trans-Time Dimensional Portal allows instant transport across light-years of space, and even time itself. It operates with a minimum of physical equipment, making it much less cumbersome than the space bridge, its predecessor. It also inflicts much less system disruption on its travelers.
When used for time travel, it is subject to the same mass displacement requirements as other kinds of time-jump mechanisms.
