A Mini-Con who undergoes mecha-sectioning can be powerlinked to a Bulk against her or his will.

ARMADA #11 Leader-1 listed this as one of the (many) things he resented Megatron for when he turned the Mini-Con moon base's defenses on him.

This would appear to be a more physical version of the animated continuity's servility program.
