Transformers Universe is an online Flash cartoon for Hasbro's web site, in support of the toyline of the same name. The first episode aired in November 2008.
The first episode features a hodgepodge of character designs and models from across the Generation 1 spectrum, including toys from the Classics and Alternators lines alongside vintage Generation 1 character models. The story is a simplified, generic retelling of the Transformers' arrival on Earth, similar in essence to such early stories as the first Marvel comic and "More than Meets the Eye, Part 1".
