Deadwheeler is one of many Micromasters who fight alongside Dai Atlas and the other Powered Masters. He pilots the Sky Hyper helicopter base. He is presumably childlike and precocious and suchlike.

Zone Part 4 Later, Deadwheeler (operating Sky Hyper) and Gunrunner (operating Landshaker) were taken prisoner by Evil Spirit General BlackZarak.
