It is not clear if the cube was relocated for the attempt, or if the meltdown resulted from some sort of backlash across the US power grid which joined Three Mile Island and Hoover Dam
When discussing this incident with fellow Sector Seven agents, Simmons referred to the parties responsible as "someone" rather than "we," so it may not have been a S7 operation.
