Slice is a human member of the Cobra organization. He is a ninja swordsman whose techniques copy the attack patterns of scorpions.
He's mostly accompanied by the bo staff wielder Dice
Fiction
G.I. Joe Featuring Snake-Eyes
When Scarlett infiltrated Cobra, Slice didn't trust her, despite her being stabbed by Snake-Eyes. He went so far to imply that the stabbing was made intentionally non-fatal... waitaminute... He was right! Snake-Eyes returned to save Scarlett, and Doctor Mindbender sent Slice, Dice and a lot of other ninjas against Snake-Eyes. Predictably, they were not enough. Luckily for Slice, the fight was in a hospital, so he can be attended right there.
All this info seems to not have relation to Transformers, but happened while Cobra was remaking Megatron.
