The name Dinobot has been applied to several Transformers characters and groups.
- The Dinobots, an Autobot sub-group led by Grimlock in Generation 1.
- Dinobot the Maximal velociraptor from Beast Wars.
- Dinobot 2 the Predacon Transmetal 2 clone of the Maximal Dinobot from Beast Wars.
- The Dinobots Maximal sub-group led by T-Wrecks from Beast Machines.
"Dinobot" is also the Japanese name for Cruellock.
Dinobot should not be confused with...
- Dinoking the combined form of the Decepticon Dinoforce from the Victory portion of Generation 1.
