The Gummy Multivitamin Dietary Supplement is a multivitamin intended for children. They come packaged in bottles sporting the heads of their favorite Autobots. The vitamins themselves are in the shape of small Autobot symbols. 60 multivitamins are enclosed in each bottle.
They are indeed quite tasty and addictive, but eating more than one a day would hurt you even more than regular candy would.

Notes
- With the release of Revenge of the Fallen, the supplement bottles received a branding upgrade. The package was darkened to match the overall brand and the image of Optimus Prime was replaced by an image of Bumblebee's head. as well as replacing the Black Cherry flavor with regular cherry.
