Charlie Adler (born February 27, 1957) is an American voice actor. Outside of Transformers, he is known for voicing Tiny Toon Adventures's Buster Bunny, G.I. Joe's Low Light, G.I. Joe Resolute's Cobra Commander, Flint, Stalker and Gung-Ho, SWAT Kats's T-Bone and the entire cast of Cow and Chicken (and as such is the King--and Queen--of Cheese).
He is one of two voice actors (the other being Peter Cullen) who appeared in both the original Transformers cartoon and the live-action movies.

Adler's portrayals of Starscream in the film versus the video game versions of Revenge of the Fallen are vastly different. While in the film Starscream's voice is neurotic and whiny, the video game voice is dark and sinister. To draw a more direct comparison, his voice in the game sounds more like the movie version of Megatron than Frank Welker does!
