Transformers: The Thirteen was a planned comics series to be published by IDW Publishing, which was to have been written by Simon Furman with art by Nick Roche, focusing on the thirteen original Transformers.
At the BotCon 2009 IDW panel, however, it was announced that the project was "off the schedule" for the foreseeable future, and may never see release.
Items of note
- Hasbro had become highly involved in this since it was pitched, and Furman stated a lot of effort was being put in to ensure it was "something that comprehensively underpins the whole TF-universe in a very major and enduring way"[1].
