Fiction
Marvel Comics continuity
While the Harrison Nuclear Power Plant was still under construction in 1984, the Decepticons sent Ravage to research its fuel potential. After overhearing engineer Jason Boyd talking about the plant's capabilities, Ravage reported to Megatron, who ordered his troops to attack. The Decepticons scattered the workers and hauled away bits and pieces of the power plant, which they used to construct Fortress Sinister. Power Play!
