Lippo the Clown is a human character in the Generation 1 continuity.

Lippo the Clown hosts a children's television program enjoyed by the Junkion leader, Wreck-Gar. A Quintesson scientist used a hologram of Lippo to lure Wreck-Gar aboard his ship to become part of his experiments.
