Michelle Field was Hasbro's Director of Boys's Toy Marketing, and was active in the Transformers brand from about 2001 to 2004. When Field was elevated to Sr. Director of Girl's Toy Marketing (which includes the My Little Pony brand), she was replaced by Greg Lombardo.

She really likes the band Evanescence. Guess which song she paired with the Energon cartoon preview video that the Hasbro panel debuted at OTFCC 2003!
