Elaine To was an inker for Dreamwave Productions. She inked numerous Dreamwave comic issues, most notably the Armada/Energon series from issue 8 onwards, as well as issues of The War Within and Transformers: Generation One series.
Notably, as far as individuals go, she is the person who was owed the most money following Dreamwave's folding. The debt to her was for over $20,000.
