A while later, now sporting a shiny grey colour scheme, the no-longer-purple generic drones arrived at the Decepticon's base on [[Mars|Phobos]], a staging area for an Earth attack. Finding the twins there, they prepared to kill the Autobots but were undone when [[Optimus Prime (Movie)|Optimus Prime]] arrived with ''even more'' Autobots. - The purple generic drones are.... purple generic drones, from the live-action film series continuity family.
The purple generic drones are part of the Fallen's regrouped army, able to transform into jets. While they may just be drones, they've got some intelligence. Enough intelligence to be worth Starscream giving a motivational speech to!
Man, intelligence sucks.

Massing on Cybertron, the drones carried out a series of training manoeuvres with each other and massive missile batteries while waiting for their orders. Eventually, Starscream gave them a speech claiming that soon... they'll join the battle in earnest! New empire, Solar harvester, blah blah blah...
