- The Initiative is a human organization from the Revenge of the Fallen franchise in the live-action film continuity family.
The Initiative is a shadowy organization. They have a military arm with access to effective anti-Cybertronian weaponry. Their purpose and endgame remains a mystery.

Carter - An older male. He has the call sign "Initiaitive-1" so he's probably important.

The Initiative sent troops to Kingdom Petrochemical after their monitoring equipment managed to trace five Autobot sparks converging on that location. Upon arrival the troops were involved in a battle between the Autobots and Soundwave's animalistic Decepticons. The Initiative troops then withdrew, unable to capture a Cybertronian to power up their 'infant' - the AllSpark cube.Nefarious issue 1
