Viewtrex is a piece of Cybertronian technology from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Viewtrex is a scanning system utilized in Cybertronian spacecrafts.

During the Autobots' exodus from Cybertron, their Decepticon pursuers were detected by Prowl's use of the Viewtrex system. More than Meets the Eye, Part 1
