Enraged, he stormed off to confront the current Decepticon leaders only to find that [[Legonis]], [[Octus]] and [[Seizer]] were more interested in drinking high-grade oil and watching prisoners fight than conquering the Autobots. - Helex is a populated area on Cybertron from the Marvel Comics portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Helex is the Decepticon capital and the seat of Megatron's empire, though he doesn't seem to spend much time there. It is unclear whether Helex is a city or a city-state.
