- Carter Newell is a human from the Revenge of the Fallen franchise in the live-action film continuity family.
Carter Newell is an important figure in the shadowy enclave known only as the Initiative, at least we presume he's important, given his call sign of "Inititative-1". He also seems rather vain as his holographic image is of a considerably younger man. He is seeking out the energy from Cybertronian life forms.
