Sea Clamp is a Predacon from the Beast Wars portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
"Do my worst, eh? Smithers, release the robotic Richard Simmons."

General Sea Clamp is a member of the Tripredacus Council.

He has great "crushing power". Presumably this means that he is good at crushing things, and not that he tends to develop crushes on his fellow Predacons.

He combines with his fellow council members to form Tripredacus. No more is known about him.

Sea Clamp, alongside Cicadacon and Ram Horn, was involved in an assassination plot, part of a ploy to take control of the Predacon army, and dispose of its then-current leader, Razorclaw. The plot was thought to have succeeded, but in truth they did not manage to extinguish Razorclaw's spark.
