This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Sunstreaker is Sideswipe's brother. They're "quite the pair" Ironhide says. They always drive other 'bots crazy with their swagger and arrogance. If they weren't quite so effective on the battlefield he'd have told Optimus to show them the door.

When a child asked Ironhide if Sideways was related to Sideswipe in some way (similar names and all); the response indicated that he isn't, but Sunstreaker is. #13's Law and Disorder
