Troy Baker (Born April 1, 1976) is an American voice actor. Some of his most notable roles include Frank Archer in Fullmetal Alchemist, Action @#!*% in Shin Chan, Van Kleiss in Generator Rex, Yuri Lowell in Tales of Vesperia, and Snow Villiers in Final Fantasy XIII. Baker is also a musician, currently part of L.A.-based band "Sons of the Lawless".
