This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Ruination is an Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft. He was among several Decepticons who found their way to Earth in answer to a call from Starscream. His form is very similar to the Decepticon Incinerator.
Fiction
The Veiled Threat prequel novel
A NEST unit that was investigating a Decepticon sighting in Peru was ambushed on a narrow mountain road by Ruination and Blademaster. During the brief but intense fire-fight that followed, Blademaster was critically injured and fell from the mountain road hundreds of meters to the jungle below. Ruination broke off his attack to retrieve his partner and went off to heal his wounds. The Veiled Threat
