Dug Base[1] transports prisoners before an audience. Hey, somebody's gonna do it.

Animated cartoon
Dug Base, in vehicle mode, carried Decepticon prisoners in a victory parade for "Sentinel Magnus". Dug Base followed Grandus, who was carrying the Autobot leaders. Decepticon Air
