Fred Tatasciore (pronounced Tata-shore) is an American voice actor and animator. He provides minor voices in Family Guy, but he is quite well-known for providing the Beast voices of Ripjaws, Waybig and Cannonbolt in Ben 10 (which also stars Tara Strong and Paul Eiding), the Beast on Wolverine and the X-Men, Tuma in Bionicle: The Legend Reborn, Gato's English voice in Naruto, and Hulk in just about everything Marvel's released in the last few years.
