"Dare" is a song by Stan Bush, featured on the 1986 album The Transformers: The Movie - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. Along with "The Touch", it is one of two songs performed by Stan Bush included in The Transformers: The Movie.

It plays early in the movie; after Hot Rod and a moody Daniel have a brief conversation concerning Spike's prolonged absence, Daniel receives a signal indicating that an Autobot shuttle is about to land nearby. As his spirits are raised by these news, "Dare" begins to play, accompanying the duo's race to "lookout mountain", until Hot Rod notices a group of Decepticon using the Shuttle as a means to ambush Autobot City. It reprises later when the Autobots storm Unicron, crashing through his eye.

• Dare features some startling similarities to the song "Ai wo Shitta Yajuu No You Ni" from the Songs for Dancougar album of Dancouga - Super Beast Machine God, including an absolutely identical intro and middle eight, among other things. No comment... but we dare (tee-hee!) you to listen to it and tell us otherwise!
