Flashbox (Armada)

Flashbox is a Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

Though his friend Laserbeak left entertainment journalism at the beginning of the war, Flashbox had a different idea. He believed the press would be spared in the crossfire, but he learned soon enough that this was very untrue. Once Flashbox got too close to the story, he could not continue, and joined the Autobots in their fight against Decepticon oppression. The impressive visual precision which served him so well in journalism now aims weaponry with deadly accuracy.

• Flashbox was originally an unnamed generic Mini-Con seen in an episode of the Armada cartoon. He was later given a name and a bio by the Transformers Collectors' Club.
