Swashplate is a well-rounded member of Mini-Con rank-and-file. Very well rounded.

Swashplate is a redeco of the Recon Mini-Con Team member Jolt, transforming into a bubble-domed helicopter of indeterminable model. He was only available at discount stores like Family Dollar.
This mold was also used to make Bit, Solar Flare and Guardian Sky.
