Floron III has two important resources: robotic insecticide and Morphobots. Guess which one you want to take back to Earth with you.
The planet presumably once had a thriving population of robotic live forms, but now any life has been wiped out by the Morphobots, leaving it a barren rock.

Cosmos, Bumblebee and Spike Witwicky dropped by Floron III in order to pick up some robotic insecticide to deal with the army of Insecticons, which had been raiding Earth's crops to gather energy for Megatron. Bumblebee contacted Optimus Prime to let their leader know that they'd found some insecticide and were on their way back, however before Cosmos could leave the planet, he was seized by Morphobots. Spike fired Cosmos's auxiliary laser jets, allowing the Autobot to break free.
