Grand Scourge lures Optimus Prime into battle with his own team of drones to counter the Prime Force!
Synopsis
Episode.1
An energon reaction draws Optimus Prime, Kicker, Hot Shot and Ironhide to the middle of the desert, where they hope to secure the source before any Battle Ravages or Divebombs show up.
Upon arriving, however, they spot a mysterious black-colored doppelganger standing amongst a battlefield of defeated Battle Ravages. Kicker immediately assumes the creepy robot is on their side, but once his hair flashes blonde, he realizes too late that the mysterious "Supreme Commander" is the enemy! The robot introduces himself as Scourge and opens fire.
Retaliating, Optimus calls in the Prime Force and upgrades to super mode. Optimus fires a blast at Scourge's face, but the fiend simply tilts his head to the side and dodges it, Drift-style, yo! Scourge, curious, then remarks that things have gotten interesting...
Episode.2
Neither Optimus nor Scourge seem to have been aware that the other existed. Scourge ponders this only briefly and then calls in his own back-up: evil doppelgangers of the Prime Force! Going into Super Mode, Scourge uses his evil version of Digger-3 to dislodge Optimus's Digger-3 drill-tank unit from its place on his leg, toppling the Autobot Commander. Scourge then detaches his equivalent of Flame-3 from his own right arm, replacing it with Optimus's Digger-3, and attacks him with a diving double-drill press!
However, the attack is interrupted by Hot Shot, Ironhide and Kicker, who lay on some cover fire for Optimus. Optimus rallies, and knocks Digger-3 from its place on Scourge's arm. Outnumbered, Scourge compliments Optimus on his ability to perceive a weakness and counter quickly. After calling Prime a worthy challenge, he vanishes into a strange vortex.
Unbeknownst to the Autobots, the fight was witnessed by Megatron, who comments on the interesting turn of events to himself.

Other notes
- Any relationship between Grand Scourge and Nemesis Prime (who was called just plain "Scourge" in Japan) is never mentioned in this comic. Grand Scourge's bio packaged with the comic provides no clues, simply saying that he is powerful, mysterious and looks just like Optimus.
