The Battle for Iacon was the climatic battle between the Autobots and Decepticons that finally concluded the Great War. The Autobots were led into battle by Ultra Magnus, and the Decepticons led by Straxus.

The Autobots won the battle, though at the cost of Beta Supreme, Eta Supreme, Gamma Supreme, Sigma Supreme and Omega Supreme. The latter two were locked into modified stasis. Warpath was badly injured, but he recovered. Besides Warpath and Omega Supreme, Ratchet appeared to be the only survivor on the Autobot's side. The Decepticons were exiled to New Kaon.
