Synopsis
Teletraan 15's first study subject is Perceptor, who she catches in the act of being super-creepy to a microchip he's examining, giggling about how it's time for the chip's "checkup". Interrupted in his work, he retracts his faceplate, his tone changing from creepazoid to clinical, demanding to know who this young girl is.
Once 15 is done recording her memo on Perceptor (and Teletraan 10 provides some snark), the Autobot scientist takes 15 on a jaunt in his seldom-seen tank mode... though 15 is less than thrilled with the bumpiness of the ride.
15 Memo
15 notes that others used to think that Pereceptor was a coward or wimp for choosing to do research rather than go into the battlefield, but they became convinced of his courage later.
10 simply comments that it looks like 15 is really working hard on her data-gathering assignment.

Notes
- This volume's featured toy is the Transformers Collection reissue of Perceptor.
- This is the first—and so far only—appearance of Perceptor's "tank" mode in fiction.
- Brawn appears in Teletraan 10's comments on 15's Memo. This is a nod to the episode "Microbots", where Brawn gave Perceptor crap for not being all macho and soldiery and stuff, but gained a new respect for him after Perceptor's brains saved the Autobots' hides. This also explains why he's drawn with his cartoon head rather than as the toy, as (almost) everyone else in the series is.
