BEST. COVER. EVER.

Mark Bright (born December 27, 1955) is an American comic book artist.

Bright illustrated the cover of issue 5 of the Marvel G1 comic, a cover that to this day remains a fan-favorite, as well as the covers of issues 7 and 8. Other notable works at Marvel include memorable runs on Power Man and Iron Fist, Iron Man (most notably the Armor Wars storyline), and G.I. Joe, where he became the first artist to depict Snake-Eyes' scarred face fully unmasked.

One of his more visible projects in mainstream comics was Quantum and Woody, one of several collaborations with writer Christopher J. Priest. More recently, he drew an online comic strip called ...level path and an issue for IDW Publishing, Spotlight: Nightbeat.

He was once in a band called "The K-Otics" with Larry Hama.
