Hojoni is clearly a fictionalized version of the famous movie monster Godzilla. Hojoni is fictional fire-breathing lizard and movie in Generation 1 continuity.
A billboard advertising the film Hojoni appears in the Generation 1 cartoon episode "Kremzeek!".

Meta-commentary
Hojoni is clearly a fictionalized version of the famous movie monster Godzilla. Godzilla may actually exist in at least one version of Transformers continuity: in the Marvel comic the character Nicholas refers to a big green, fire-snortin' lizard.
