"Jellyfish drones" are small robots in the form of jellyfishes. They are part of Ocean City's security system.

Since Sharkticon chose to try to break into Ocean City through a pipeline 300 plus feet below the surface, he had to deal with getting past the jellyfish drones. They latched onto him en masse, which both hurt the Decepticon and restricted his movement, but he got inside Ocean City and rid of them still. Perspective
