Magno-locks, sometimes shortened to Mag-locks, are restraints that make use of magnetism... probably.

G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers
When Arcee, Perceptor and Grimlock were captured by the Decepticons, they were brought to the Predacon Bunker in the Gladiator Zone and restrained with magno-locks. Razorclaw noted the magno-locks had belonged to the previous owners of the hideout. The Art of War #3 The Autobots were freed by their G.I. Joe allies a few hours later. The Art of War #4
The Dark Heart of Sandokan
Mag-locks were used to keep the Force Chip safe inside a panel in the Star Arrow when the ship crashed. It is unclear whether the mag-locks were part of the ship or the box that contained the Force Chip.
