Starscream introduces us to, well, Starscream.
Synopsis
Starscream introduces himself as the exaulted leader of all Decepticons, or rather that he will be once he's rid of Megatron. He then lists all his leaderly qualities: Sonic pulse cannons for battle and causing excellent property damage, a sleek harrier jet-based alternate mode and a devious, deceitful nature as well as being able to survive all kinds of punishment.
