Team Chaar is an elite squad of Decepticons stationed on the planet Chaar.
The original team includes
- Strika, the leader
- Blackout, the muscle
- Cyclonus, the space warrior
- Oil Slick, the chemical warfare expert
- Spittor, the disgusting thing
After Megatron's capture, Team Chaar was re-organized. Strika and Oil Slick remained, but the rest of the roster was filled by
- Blot, a different disgusting thing
- Mindwipe, the hypnotist
- Sky-Byte, the warrior-poet
- Scalpel, Oil Slick's leetle friend
Fiction
Animated cartoon continuity
Team Chaar battled Rodimus Prime's crew, handily beating them and taking control of space bridge 687-030. Strika contacted Shockwave, the Decepticons' secret agent on Cybertron, with news of their success, but Shockwave commanded the team stay put until they received word from Megatron to invade. This proved to be a bad move, as Ultra Magnus subsequently had the entire space bridge nexus shut down to prevent the Decepticons from using them.
The team remained at the captured bridge, awaiting the word to proceed. When the Elite Guard flagship finally arrived in response to Rodimus's SOS, Strika relished the chance to battle them... but was ordered to retreat by Megatron. Reluctantly, the five Decepticons retreated. TransWarped
After the Stunticons failed in their plan to free Megatron from Trypticon Prison, Strika led the new Team Chaar on an assault on Cybertron itself, starting with the quiet little energon farm that cop-bot Sideswipe had just retired to. The Stunti-Con Job
