When Hawk saw a report on GMN about mysterious animal stampedes in Africa, he sent Diver and Phoenix to Kenya to investigate.
There, Diver encountered Ricky the ranger, and discovered the stampede had been caused by bombs planted by Seacon drones. Panic! Protect the Wild Animals!!
