Notes

Animation or technical errors

• When the initial cave-in begins, Bulkhead gets down on his hands and knees to shield Miko from the collapsing ceiling. In the next scene, however, he's standing upright and holding up a far larger piece of rock than he had been previously covered with.

Continuity notes

• Megatron references the events of "Masters and Students" and "Shadowzone" while discussing Starscream's previous failed attempts at treachery.
• Starscream also refers to the events of "Masters and Students" when he remembers that Megatron has survived far worse than a simple cave-in.

Trivia

• Megatron seems awfully surprised that Starscream would run at the first opportunity. Did he think Starscream wouldn't care about his earlier death threat?
• If the foot that appeared when the children try to run isn't his, this would mean Miko is the only human child who hasn't seen Megatron personally.
