James Horan (born December 14, 1954) is an American screen actor and voice actor. He's known to Star Trek fans for a number of roles, including Ikat'ika on Deep Space Nine and the enigmatic "Future Guy" on Enterprise. He's made a number of guest appearances on live action TV, and also lent his voice talents to Doc LaCroix on Roughnecks: The Starship Troopers Chronicles, Smaug in The Hobbit Video Game and played Scar in Kingdom Hearts II (alongside Kirk Thornton).
